Getting results in your fitness takes more than just cutting out food groups and exercising for hours on end. Rather, the change you're seeking is created through examining what is causing you inflammation

When checking out these sample meals, take notice of the food options you could select from a menu while eating out. Not all nutrition has to be prepped!  That's the joys of learning to live a healthy lifestyle.
