Affirmation & Exercise Training

April 5th - May 30th

DEFY YOUR LIMITS, DEFINE YOUR BODY💕

​

This training is open to ALL WOMEN from the young lady to grandmother, the pregnant/expecting to the new mom learning to love her new body, and everyone in between in ANY fitness level. The exercise is 5 workouts a week over 8 weeks for 30 - 40 minutes a day of low-impact, high-intensity, full-body moves. 

​

MINIMAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

​

You can use a strong and sturdy chair, countertop, couch, or any stable household surface that is at least 36" high. You’ll also need light weights (1–3 pounds) and some resistance loops. 

​

DAILY MOTIVATION

​

You will find inspiration and stay empowered, both in and out of class through daily affirmations you can practice throughout the day. 

​

BREAK YOUR CHAIN

Mind, Body, Nutrition

30 Day Training

June 1st - June 30th

FITTER. FASTER. 30 days is all it takes to break away from your everyday routine—to set a goal, go for it, and do what your body was born to do…RUN! Each week we’ll lift to power your runs and build lean muscle, and break away for interval-based runs to build stamina and accelerate fat loss.

This training is PERFECT for families with middle/ high school athletes to join along for some simple summer training along with mom to help keep up their fitness while having fun and making memories. 

​

The pollen is gone and your 4th of July celebration is right around the corner, so let's break your chain and get outside for some fresh air. 

​

THE ROAD TO RESULTS 

​

Lift and run workouts can be paired together or done individually (think 2 a day) to create new challenges as you get stronger and work around the weather each day. 

 

YOU CAN ALWAYS WALK IT

 

Not everybody is ready to hit the road running—it’s more than OK to walk when you need to, or simply choose one of the two interval-based walks until you get up to speed.

Use the video option to run with me on a treadmill, or pop in your earbuds and head out in your neighborhood as you are coached to music set to each interval.

 

MOBILITY & RECOVERY

 

Whether you’re new to running or you’ve been around the block, you’ll want to grab your foam roller and stretch out those kinks with my Rest Day Roll-Out routine before you work out again.
